  We, at Xceler,are working on creating a collaborative learning community where we aim to connect students, academia, and industry to collaborate on industry relevant projects and learning. Multiple focus groups and market studies leads us to believe that formal education, in its current form, is far removed from the real world problems and that students and employees do not have a forum for meaningful interactions. In the continuum of education more importance is given to marks over knowledge and theory over practical implementation. Methods of evaluating students through point in time assessments and GPAs do not give a true picture of a students capabilities and leaves little or no scope for self learning and innovation. This collaborative learning community aims to address these systemic issues by creating a 'ramp up to the real world' for the students by providing them with an opportunity to work on real world problems to gain exposure to industry trends.

  Shreshta was part of the core team of ConvergeHEALTH, working in various different roles over a period of time supporting Evidence Lifecycle Management Product Solutions for Real World Evidence and Translational Research. She was part of the product management team and played the role of a business analyst for one of the life sciences based product group within ConvergeHEALTH. Product Management: Translate business specifications to functional specifications for real-world evidence based comparative research, translational research and evidence lifecycle management platforms Put together functional specifications for a licensable platform to support development and packaging of proprietary clinical content for various analytics products Ideate wireframes for the life sciences based product platforms in collaboration with UI/UX team to ensure seamless user experience Sales Pursuits: Exposure to responding to RFP’s and contributing to the sales pursuits Team Collaboration: Engage with clinicians / researchers/ statisticians to gather inputs around research methods, statistical analysis and detail out requirements Collaborate with testing team to ensure all user acceptance criteria of the products are met and also technical writers to ensure having necessary supporting documents Cross-functional capacity: Over the duration of 3 years worked in a cross-functional capacity ranging across detailing out functional requirements, clinical specifications, product demos, ETL and application testing, user acceptance testing and documentation
