Shraddha was the lead test engineer in Project Baseline while I was the engineering lead for the project (2015–2019). I cannot speak highly enough about her work ethic, talent, and dedication. Shraddha was behind the initial launch of the project, managing both the test plans and their execution, as well as the requisite documentation, traceability reports, etc. As the project grew (from 7 to 45+ engineers), Shraddha managed the test aspects around every launch, extensively collaborating with TLs and frontline engineers early on. She set up processes to manage the testing scale, as Baseline moved from 1 launch/quarter to 2 launches/week, setting up and training a team of test engineers under her guidance. We could not have been more blessed with another test eng lead!
