Bio
Elizabeth Mayorga
I have had the great opportunity of working with Shraddha at TheAppLabb. As a designer and manager, she holds such a high level of knowledge and is always there for anyone who needs support. Her resilience to difficult situations, tight deadlines, outstanding attention to detail, and creativity to understand and resolve challenges is truly something that I have admired and have learned a lot from. In the same way, she has an amazing way of connecting with clients and different stakeholders and makes even the most difficult situations seem achievable. With her mentality of always putting user experiences first, she reminds everyone in her team that understanding and empathizing with the user is part of what makes us great designers. Besides these great qualities, another thing that makes her stand out from the rest is her way of caring for the rest of the designers in her team and her way to prioritize our wellbeing. This is something that we are always very grateful for and what makes me believe that anyone that has her as part of their team would be very lucky to have her.

I am the co-founder of Venn, an early-stage tech start-up launching a social-oriented mobile application. In the early days of our inception, Shraddha (through her employer) acted as the lead UX designer for our initial product. She took responsibilities for the entire end-to-end user experience design process, taking charge of every step of the user journey from sign-up to chat engagements. Throughout the entire design phase, Shraddha demonstrated very high levels of professionalism and great work ethics, consistently delivering high quality work products. In addition, she also served as a great thought partner for our team, proactively offering creative ideas for product features and application design. We very much enjoyed having her on our team and wholeheartedly endorse her professional competence, teamwork and communication skills, and her thought leadership.

I had an amazing opportunity to work with Shraddha on a very complex, research-driven healthcare app at The AppLabb. As my team lead, and mentor, Shraddha is highly adaptive, encouraging, and supportive. I’ve seen her take on multiple projects at a time while also guiding me in every way, be it design, technical skills, client communication, or dealing with stress. I have learned a lot from her and anyone would be lucky to work with Shraddha.
