I virtually founded a campaign named RubiKamp in my home country, Iran during pandemic. The goal of this campaign is teaching programming, robotics, English, and entrepreneurship alongside of soft skills to junior-high school kids in a 1-year long free workshop. I helped raise money to modernize the village library, including buying a projector and four laptops. I designed the organizational chart and found professionals to fill the position for free or part time employee to convert it to small… Show more I virtually founded a campaign named RubiKamp in my home country, Iran during pandemic. I helped raise money to modernize the village library, including buying a projector and four laptops. I designed the organizational chart and found professionals to fill the position for free or part time employee to convert it to small organization. I learned multiple soft skills like systematization of an organization, networking, writing job description and hiring qualified employee, assessment of system for improvement and financial management. In 2 years of its foundation, we supported 25 teenagers and networked with high tech company in Iran such as DigiKala to open internship position for RubiKamp’s students. I was one of 12 head agricultural engineers. I was responsible for precise land surveying and leading 120 people to prepare spots for planting and laying precise drip irrigation. Thanks to my problem-solving and logistics management skills, I increased the efficiency of my group about 2.5 times which made planting all 32,000 seedlings possible in 20 days. Two years later, at the project inauguration ceremony, President Rouhani relinquished the parcels to 700 farmers.
