  我在尼尔森有过三段工作历程：我担任过项目PM，在整个项目执行中对外勤进行质量把控和现场跟进，确保项目的顺利交付。全国代理商的管理工作，包括对代理商的招募、资质审核、培训和评估事宜。目前我在研究团队任职神秘访客的研究工作，主要负责项目执行期间的客户服务及外勤的跟进工作。I have 3 stages in Nielsen.I have been a project manager for 5 years.And then I responsible for the vendor management around 5 years, like vendor recruiting, training and evaluation to them.The third stage I as a client service take charge of the MSP project until now.The reason I have been a long time at Nielsen, because I think there are more things to learn and do.
