      Following a promotion within Bend + Mend, I became the face and voice of our Customer Service, Reception and Administration team. • First point of contact for all future, current and returning patients and businesses through face to face, phone, email or online enquiries • Manage and oversee 5 customer service staff members. This includes the interview stage for new staff, selecting, training and providing support for all 4 clinics.• Assist 3 Partners with day to day ad hoc tasks.• Organise and arrange diaries for all staff spanning 4 different clinics including 12 physios, 3 partners and 5 reception. This involves arranging last minute cover for unwell physios, juggling cancellation lists, urgent bookings, liaising with patients so they are able to get the best time/day that suits and maximising available appointment times.• On-board new patients and businesses that are using our service. This includes collecting and entering all relevant contact, financial and wellbeing information.• Communicate concisely and clearly through online platform (Yammer) to staff in all locations, making sure staff are kept informed at all times.• Report weekly and monthly on tasks, key statistics, Physio percentages and patient bookings as well as meet regularly with Partners to discuss strategies and ongoing tasks.• Invoicing and payment for all services including Private, Medicare, Health funds, CTP and Work Cover. This also involves following up outstanding debt.• In charge of the setting up, maintaining and shutting down clinics each day.• Ordering and control for all stock in clinic, including Physio and administration equipment. This also involves liaising with stockists to source the best product at the best price.• Follow up doctor reports, scans and appointments for Physio’s and our patients.• Run a Pilates class schedule, enrolling new members, establishing direct debit contracts.• Enter and reconcile all day to day payments, attendances and further bookings.
