  • Execute all process involved in the procurement process for the NMCH by: • Registering new vendors, creating of purchase orders, and updating current vendors on great plains • Keeping a register of all quotation requested and received. • Making copies of SCM document for new employees e.g., executive summary • Submitting invoices related to procurement cost center to finance. • Keeping a register of all the invoices paid out of procurement cost canter. • Compiling monthly and quarterly reports required in terms of supply chain management policy. • Maintain a database of the Nmch services providers and written quotation by: • Reviewing and update supplier database administration • Updating database with new applications (Vendors) • Inviting suppliers to register on nmch supplier data base. • Keeping a register of all contracts submitted to the procurement and contracts. • Informing clients once their contracts are approved by the EXCO (Executive Committee) • Filling approved contract documents • Retrieving documents to answer all queries. • Filling all the current files in the basement • Retrieving files for auditors during audit process • Updating file with new SCM regulations and circulars • Track Orders, check goods on delivery date and time • Receive and verify good from supplier. • Procures goods and services within the allocated timeframe Show less
