Steve Strobel

Shonda participated in the Dale Carnegie Course that I facilitated. Shonda successfully completed the course and volunteered to be a Graduate Coach three additional times under my leadership. As a Graduate Coach, Shonda gave example reports of using human relation, communication, problem solving and decision making skills to provide superb customer service and inspire Dale Carnegie participants. Shonda's accomplishments impressed me greatly. Her customers had her services expediting 'extreme' drop in orders, ironing our new product introductions and implementing problem solving and corrective actions that kept their lines running smoothly. Shonda served as an ideal example of a motivated professional who worked with a foundation of values in integrity and meeting and exceeding customer expectations with absolutely no excuses. Shonda has served as a Graduate Coach for other Dale Carnegie facilitators in the Grand Rapids area, also.
