  One of six participants, chosen by a jury of leaders in their field, to join a 10-month programme in Amsterdam involving full immersion in the local scene with de Appel as an institutional base. Following a rich curriculum intended to provide direct insight into the work of artists as well as the building of institutions and communities. De Appel is one of the first curatorial programmes in the world for motivated individuals from different social and cultural backgrounds, who seek experience in the collective activity of making art public.
