I was responsible for maintaining the servers that was utilized by the company and I had been provided server security. I am also responsible for applying updates and upgrades as needed to the network. When upgrades needed I supervised IT staff to installation new equipment and completion of all applications installations. When workers had technical problems or issues they knew that they can rely on me to provide guidance and solutions. I have excellent communication skills and I am able to communicate with staff on all levels. My critical thinking and problem solving abilities came into play when I successfully troubleshoot network hardware and software issues.
