I founded Estuary to solve this very problem.Our Model:- We connect you to our pool of Y1/Y2 students at the National University of Singapore.- During the interviews, we encourage you to look for those who care about the value your organisation provides.- When you choose the most suited interns for your organisation, they go through a three-month training programme over Coursera where they learn the relevant skills required for the job. - In the training period, we organise workshops between you and your interns.
