Worked as a Lead Assistant Manager and leading a team for Demand Planning Project under Assurant. The aim of the project was to understand the current business logic for fulfilling daily claims of insured devices under US Region. There were 5 different carriers under Assurant and all were using different logic which were mostly inefficient for fulfillment of claims. There was no single source for getting all the required data for fulfillment of claims Key Responsibilities: - Understanding the business logic and the current logic used by 5 carriers for fulfillment and then designing a unified efficient logic for fulfillment - Creation of a data lake which can act a as single source to capture all the Enrollments, Claims, Shipments & Inventory data for fulfillment - Creation of Migration Logic for fulfillment of those device claims which are currently unavailable with Assurant - Development of end to end Demand Planning Solution which will work upon the unified logic, source daily data from the created data lake and also leverage the created Migration Logic in order to fulfill all the claims on a daily basis in an automated manner.
