I had the pleasure of working with Shoaib for two years as his line manager. From our initial first meeting it was obvious that Shoaib was not being used to his fullest potential and had so much more to offer the business. During our time working together Shoaib developed from a very competent supervisor of team of circa 10 people to become my deputy overseeing a team of 45 based in Dubai in addition to assisting with the greenfield set up and training of a team based remotely in Manila. Shoaib contributed greatly to overseeing successful database system developments and improvements in order to deliver efficient, accurate loading and improve on all KPI’s and metrics, contributing to the overall business aims and revenue.
