Shiv has excellent knowledge in billing operations for Canada and many Latin America countries. His knowledge and able to work independently led him to very high accuracy and timeliness performance throughout many years of services in AT&T. This knowledge and his work experience also led him to a successful rollout of a major automation project: to automate billing process for Latin America countries. Throughout the project, he provided insights on different countries’s and business requirements, resolved roadblocks and performed numerous testing to ensure the system is created perfectly. His dedication to this multiply-year project were successfully launched in May-2020. Shiv is a reliable, self-motivate, efficient and responsible person.
