As a fresher I joined the company soon after completing my degree in civil engineering. I had been assigned to just look after the works which had been already on going in the various sites of JSW steels ltd and also some of the government works at Sandur, Bellary, Karnataka, India. Just had to look after the works like reading drawing, execution according to drawing, labor handling and reporting to the senior project manager of the company.
