As a Founder, he demonstrated an exceptional level of initiative to prove himself a reliable leader who led by example and pushed the team to be their best. As a peer, I witnessed Shivansh demonstrate a high level of creativity and adaptability to lead Saimex and Caffena's Marketing and Business Development, which led to increased sales and consistently successful marketing campaigns even during the turbulent business environment created by the Covid-19 Pandemic.
