  • Conducted extensive research on current technology in thealternator manufacturing space.• Designed a unique variant for Excel Power Industries, focusedon ease of manufacturing and ease of after-sales maintenance.• Procured resources from local vendors in Rajkot, Hubli, Belgaumand Agra to match design requirements.• Designed digital prototypes of the new alternator using CADdrawings. Later a real prototype through fabrication andmachining.• Created fixtures and patterns for production line, after testingand approval.• Ananlyzed the cost economics for a competitive product in themarket.• Developed an automation process for winding through a CNCwinding machine, saving several man-hours and achieving highaccuracy.• Successfully set-up the production line which is currently upand running.
