   Involving an End to End IT & Non IT recruitment Life cycle for Contract, Contract to hire and a few permanent positions.  Sourcing the right candidates as per the requirements/JD shared by the client.  Responsible for Sourcing of Candidates for various IT technologies through Job sites (Naukri, Monster, Times job, Linked In), Referencing etc.  Conduct primary screening and evaluate the candidate’s suitability for the requirement.  Analyzing sourcing trends and providing valuable inputs for service enhancement and delivery.  Coordinate/ follow up with the candidates for the interview and the selection process.  Monitor and track the candidate pipeline and ensure it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies  Acting as Recruitment Spoke, updating management on the recruitment front on weekly calls.  Maintaining daily MIS.  End to end IT Recruitment & Non IT recruitment (Permanent/temporary).
