  During a three month internship at Hounslow Council I researched case law in order to produce training materials to inform employees about carrying out effective public consultation and ensuring the Council acts in line with its duties under the Equality Act 2010. I also helped to ensure the smooth operation of a Disability Community Forum, which increased my awareness of some of the issues facing the disabled community.
