Used image analysis software including Adobe Photoshop, imageJ, and Neurolucida. Research culminated with an undergraduate thesis on combining the use of the piggyBac transposon and in utero electroporation as a novel technique for stable transgene expression, thus completely labeling cell lineage with cell-type specific fluorescent tags.
