In 2004 I decided to start working on my appraisal designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and became a full CRA designated member in 2014. That's when Sprint Residential Appraisals was born! I currently service the Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, Cambridge, Brantford, Woodstock, Listowel, Fergus, Elmira, and surrounding areas for mostly financing purposes, including first and second mortgages and lines of credits.
