  • Leadership and communication skills: Partook in community development by independently delivering an afterschool programme on the debating skill to a multicultural class of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. I was my student’s first point of contact for enquiries regarding the programme. • Networking, liaison, and administrative skills: regularly produced progress reports on my student’s performance. Facilitated support in organising virtual and in-person programme events during my sessions that stakeholders of Debate Mate would attend.
