I have been Shirley’s supervisor for over 8 years and during that time she has always been enthusiastic, extremely pleasant to work with and willing to tackle every assignment we had given her with dedication. Over those 8 years, she had become a crucial part of our organization. Shirley would constantly meet our recruitment requirements, improve our employee moral and act as a mediator between employee needs and corporate concerns. In addition, she would continually find ways to make her department run efficiently. Even with our limited staff and often overwhelming workload, Shirley was able to keep our employees happy while keeping costs down.
