  I am a partner at M. Firon & Co., with extensive experience in commercial law, and expertise in corporate, M&A, start-ups and international trade. I serve as a legal advisor of different entities, including international organizations, engaged in a large variety of business fields and operations. I provide my clients with comprehensive legal services, starting from day-to-day matters of the corporate operations and management, through various agreements and large and complex international transactions. I am also providing legal services to start-up companies in various fields, including cyber, cellular, healthcare and green energy, in all stages of the company's life-cycle, including the seed stage, R&D and protection of intellectual property rights, review of the basis and legality of the intended operations, launch of business operations, investments, shareholders relationships, joint ventures and M&A transactions.
