  Managing all administrative duties of a busy and varied rehabilitation yard including updating and maintaining all horse and owner records, managing incoming orders and managing day to communications via both e-mail and telephone.Full accounting preparation and presentation, including managing incoming and outgoing invoices, inventories and managing all required aspects of the day to day maintenance of accounts for the Centre.Working as an Equine Behaviourist to help owners and horses fulfil their fundamental equine needs. This particular aspect of the role saw me tailoring behaviour modification programmes based on the requirements and goals of each owner.Building long lasting and successful client relationships, using rapport and effective communication to establish each client’s goals, produce a programme to help them achieve these goals and always endeavour to exceed their expectations.Working closely and building relationships with a varied circle of equine professionals such as veterinarians, farriers and physiotherapists to both further my own knowledge of equine care as well as to fulfil the needs of the horses at the centre and ensure they are treated effectively for any ailments that may arise.Networking and business building, using social media to advertise the services available as well as to raise the profile of the centre. Also, incredibly confident with networking and meeting new people.
