Sharisha is an excellent project manager. She is also a great team player who can multitask across many projects at once. Her competence and positive attitude filter through the stakeholders, putting them at ease and allowing them to focus on the task at hand. On numerous occasions, I have seen Sharisha calmly and confidently project manage an NSW multi-agency working group. Also, she can quickly extinguish any sudden project spot fires so that any negative impact on the project is minimal. Further, her communication skills allow her to explain project phases, goals and progress clearly. As a result, Sharisha has earned the respect of both the co-chairs and working group members and gained a reputation as someone who can get the job done.
