  I am responsible for the Management programmes of the campus. I oversee the academic and experiential learning components. I train and guide the academic staff to ensure that the policies and procedures of the campus are adhered to at all times. I also lecture and facilitate some of the courses offered with Accounting and Planning of food and beverage costing as my specialist areas. I am the national subject co-ordinator for Accounting and set and mark assessments on a full time and online level. I moderate the subject on a national level. I also manage the social responsibilty and environmental awareness at the campus. I deal with student issues and counsel and advise students to achieve better academic results. I am involved in timetabling and scheduling of management and short courses run at the campus. I assist with marketing and financial matters of the campus. Show less

  I was the operations manager of this institution. I also lectured food and beverage management on a theoretical and practical level. I was incharge of the flag ship restaurant and conference centre. I was responsible for achieving the required budgets and maintaining service excellence. I also assisted with menu planning and work schedules for staff and timetables for students. I was involved in the purchasing function of the food and beverage department whereby I maintained an excellent rapport with our beverage and wine suppliers thereby obtaining sponsorship for events, e.g. Launch of Moët & Chandon new range.
