Miracle Tea and Spices Co is a 3rd generation Indian producer and exporter of high quality organic teas, spices, and flavoured herbal tea blends. My role as the Brand Manager was to research, design, plan, and execute the marketing strategy for the launch of the T-Tales range of flavoured teas across India. Key Responsibilities and Achievements: • Conducted surveys and market research, to gain an intimate understanding of consumer needs and available market opportunities, then wrote, planned, implemented, and reviewed, a marketing plan for the T-Tales range launch within my first 6 months in the company. • Worked with the external creative team to conceptualise and develop the product packaging and promotional advertising materials - including posters and leaflets - for each variety of tea. • Created relationships with various ecommerce web portals - including Amazon India, Bofy, Lovely Lifestyle, and Greenobazaar - to introduce and list for sale all T-Tales products. • Collaborated with an independent digital advertising agency to create and manage digital content for the T-Tales website, Facebook, and Instagram accounts. • Booked and ran tea-tasting events at high-end cafes and private clubs to attract specific consumers. • Organised brand representation and participation in international trade exhibitions including BIOFACH (Germany), Fancy Food Show (USA), and Foodex (Japan). • Communicated with international buyers to customise their orders based on their individual requirements. • Assisted with the organisation of the first Jalinga Tea Run, the first half marathon in a tea estate in India, to promote and align the brand with health-conscious consumers.
