Coordinated with a team of 7 students to conduct a port asset inventory for the city of Cheboygan, MI. We published a 175 page report consisting of a history of the city, demographic information, port case studies, and short and long-term goals. The City Council incorporated our findings to be used for increasing economic viability and a sustainable future for the stakeholders in the City of Cheboygan.
