  I joined Ready in 2012 as a verification engineer and from 2021, I manage the Hardware division. During my work in Ready, I held various Hardware RnD roles, both technical and managerial. I operated on many projects and got familiar with various technologies. In my current role as division manager, I am responsible for the Hardware division people, their training and technical support. I hands-on experience is in the ASIC and FPGA design and verification (Front-End development). I am experienced with Verilog and System Verilog HDL, as well as UVM and eRM Verification methodologies.
