  In charger of mobile charger development, mainly service for OPPO and Xiaomi. 1. Communicate with customer about product ID, confirm the ID and CMF(color, material, face), give feedback and proposals.2. Production development, design 3D models and 2D drawings, confirm part’s manufacturing process, prepare BOM, review the design with customer and other departments.3. Tracking the pilot run, collect the issues and optimize the design.4. Function test and reliability test, such as drop test, thumbing test, high temperature and humidity test, and so on, give solution for the failure item, approve and signature the product. 5. Approve the parts, push the project to mass product.6. finish the simulation report, including contact spring bending analysis simulaton and drop analysis simulation, by Abaqus.7. Technology support.
