Responsible same with Alter HelpDesk but the difference is underwritten, analyze, gives decision and consideration cases New Business (Before policy issued). 2. MASS Sales Department (June - August 2016). Position as Agency Development Specialist (ADS) development and support a defined group of the sales force within the region. 3. Customer Care Department (Volunteers Project Job, September 2016 - February 2017). Position as PRU customer friend (PCF) : Prudential’s employee who is assigned at Sales Office (SO) and Agencies to help Policy Holder have a better understanding of their policy benefit. So that they continue their premium payment and keep their policy remains active as well as obtain a benefit in the long term. 4. PHS Department (March - November 2017). Position as Medical Assessor responsible same with underwriting alteration but the difference is approved cases under PHS Department with authority limit up to 1 M for all case Major and Revival.
