After through inspections the machines are re-packaged and are delivered to the customers. Any sorts of problems inspected get resolved. - The Qualification Documents are created (IQ and OQ) every time the new machines arrive - After the delivery of the new machines to certain factories, the installations and operations are performed. - Performing IQ, OQ, and PQ with the customers for the installed new machines. - Training the customers on how to maintain and to operate the new machines. - Drawings of the parts of the machines needed/ drawings for further improvement of the machines as well. - Overhaul of the old equipments used by the customers.
