  1.Responsible for all monitoring and evaluation needs of the seaweed cultivation process by MARI Indonesia farmers. 2. Engage and participate in seaweed farming activities including but not limited to activities to participate in the site. 3. Monitor and report on the development of monitored seaweed cultivation (report on the development of seaweed business consisting of information on cultivation activities, photos of seaweed cultivation, production facilities used by farmers, etc.). 4. Make daily and periodic reports to the site manager in English. 5. Coordinate regularly with the research and development team of MARI Oceans – Sea Green. 6. Coordinate with Administrative staff on the database of recruitment, procurement process, and contract farming disbursement. 7.
