Have been involved in implementation of the requirement gathered, Time and Resource allocation, effort estimation, cross team coordination, production deployment & post production support. Have been instrumental in migration of merchants from two partner companies- EBS (E-billing services) and Worldline. Handled end to end delivery of Integration between Ingenico and EBS, Worldline merchant onboarding systems thereby ensuring a smooth Onboarding and Transaction flow. Handled deliveries related to our White labelled application Smarthub which involved coordination with our Presales team/Bank and other Stakeholders. Actively participated in identifying and solutioning of various requirements defined as a part of the product roadmap and coordinating with all the stakeholders thereby ensuring end to end delivery Led the initiative in setting up a pre-production environment for better project stability which helped in minimizing post production issues. Expertise in using Confluence and JIRA tool to help in project management tracking. Played the role of a Scrum Master in various projects and doing activities like Story point estimation during Sprint planning, Story refinement, Daily scrum, Sprint review and Sprint Retrospective.
