  • Material submittals and make it approves from the consultant. • Prepare work schedule as per project closure date from the client, ensure the work is going as per work schedule. • Arrange tools and materials for work. • Prepare procurement schedule as per data given by material suppliers, follow the suppliers and make sure all the materials will be delivered before starting the work. • Ordering the materials as per approved shop floor drawing & check the quality of materials before starting the work • Prepare material inspection report and make it approved from the client. • Erection of AHU and FCU as per approved drawing. • Chiller, pumps and cooling tower erection; experience in plant room construction. • Do the pressure testing, flushing and insulation of chilled water piping. • Erection of ducting as per drawing, including accessories like VCD, FD etc. • Calculate the sheet requirement of ducting and monitor hand fabrication of ducting. • Plan and execute first fixing before false ceiling closure. • Attending a weekly meeting with Client and Architect, update shop drawing in case of any change in architect drawing. • Do the second fixing according to RCP drawing such as grille, Diffusers etc. • Do Control wiring and thermostat connection of AHU and FCU’s. • Take measurements of CHW piping and Ducting, grilles and diffusers and submit the bill. • Prepare as-built drawing after completion of the work. • Handling subcontractors for doing different works and coordinate the work as per site specification. • Certify the material bills of suppliers and erection bills for Subcontractors. • Execute, control and troubleshoot service and maintenance of HVAC systems. • Testing and commissioning after completion of Installation work.
