This good quality has helped us achieve great insight for several times. I fully appreciate her empathy which is perhaps the most significant skill in customer service. I worked with Shih-han for Staycation and Guide dog UK projects. Throughout the projects, she paid a high contribution to the group work. Her outstanding design skill and creativity played an important role in the project as they encouraged our team to think beyond the frame and came up with interesting ideas.
