We navigate relationships every day. We relate to our bosses, employees, associates, significant others, children and friends. Healthy relationships make us happy, productive and at peace. Unhealthy relationships are the bane of our existence. Relationship Coaching is a forward focused discipline that gives you the skills to build or repair the relationships in your life. Clear vision, empowerment and the tools of connection are key. As your coach, I would support you in building the healthiest relationships so that you can be happy, productive and at peace. Show less

Parenting Coach

Parenting was always a challenge. Today it is more of a challenge than ever. As parents, we compete with social media, the internet, instagram, snapchat and more. (And as I type this, I know that I am already dating myself!) Some of our children have been lured away by easy access to drugs, sex and money. It is a whole new world that we struggle to understand. Relating to our children, in this new world, when we barely speak the language is the biggest challenge of all. Parents feel alone in this strange world, and I provide the support they need to navigate this foreign territory. Together we develop essential tools for parenting without judgement, active listening, creating boundaries and effective communication. Parenting is my passion. I will share it with you. I will help you be the best parent you can be. Show less
