I had the pleasure of working with Shiffana when she was leading the HR function at Nova Benefits. One of the earliest core team members for Nova, she definitely has seen the journey from a very few employees to 200+ employees over a period of time. Apart from being an extremely talented HR professional who can herself do and drive all HR tasks and projects, she also demonstrates a very good business understanding and I have witnessed her making significant and meaningful contribution to not only the human capital aspects but also the other key verticals at the company. She visibly comes across as quite meticulous in every project she owns and has a strong ability to present things in a very organized, crisp and easy to consume manner. She is great colleague to work with, both as an HR Leader as well as an IC.
