Bio
Sasha Markova
It’s rare that you come across a standout talent like Saskia. She is creative, organized, and a great communicator! Saskia came on as a freelancer to help us with startup and professional communities outreach for a new marketing campaign we were launching. She was responsible for identifying the right communities to partner with, reaching out, pitching them, and managing all the communications with the community leaders. Saskia never dropped the ball, always followed through, handled all the partner communication with a high level of professionalism, and represented us well in front of the partners. At the end of the project she presented all the learnings and insights in a crisp and well-designed presentation. We took all the learnings to improve the program! I’d work with Saskia again in a heartbeat!
Andrew Bullen
I got to know Saskia in her role as a co-design teacher, coach and facilitator. She is an excellent educator. Her broad knowledge of design thinking and co-design methodology and tools is complemented by her strong ability to communicate this knowledge, and to direct a team towards targeted conceptual structure and innovative application. In addition, she has a very good feeling for visual communication of process and conceptual development as an effective means of providing insight and understanding. Saskia has a natural ability to analyze a situation quickly and propose creative development paths and solutions. She has a keen awareness of the dynamics of team work, and is quick to promote positive collaborative work while being very proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues, both on a human and professional level. In short, a highly accomplished analyst, methodology expert, content developer and communicator.
