Shetal Sheth and I were peers for several years at CenturyLink. Throughout our time working together I found Shetal to be intelligent, open-minded and a natural leader. When we were working together, Shetal was a Senior Director of Application Development with a large globally distributed organization. During this time his peers inside and outside our organization relied on his gifts as strategist, a role he was later officially assigned as we moved into multiple conversion projects in an effort to combine the telephony networks from several companies into a standard provisioning process. Shetal’s manager were loyal and appreciated his hands off management style. I found Shetal to be a person of high integrity who valued teamwork as well as diversity of background and thought. We could have spirited debates and maintain a strong partnership throughout. Although we no longer work together I would consider it an honor and privilege to work with or for Shetal in the future.
