It is my honor to join to Jondishapour Engineering team as an agile company and professional people came together to build new history, after long time working in IRITEC along with very nice people there. I really miss them when I remember all brilliant time working together in projects ...Now in Jondishapour, as PEM (Project Engineering Manager) of ABS/Rubber project with more than 80 percent progress, and lack of presence of licensor as well as technologic companies who left the project after sanctions returned, made the normal duties harder in this position.ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is a common thermoplastic polymer with physical properties such as:- High rigidity- Good impact resistance, even at low temperatures- Good insulating properties- Good weldability- Good abrasion and strain resistance- High dimensional stability (Mechanically strong and stable over time)- High surface brightness and excellent surface aspect Has wide range application in automotive, transportation and home appliances and other industries which explain the importance of having the production technology of such material.

Project: KARANJ Gas Injection, Phase-III (Feasibility Study, Conceptual Study, Basic Design Engineering and Providing Tender Documents)1- Design development and detail design of Marun Petrochemical Plant 5th booster compressor.2- Conceptual study, finding proper Technical / Commercial solution, basic engineering design and providing EPC tender documents for third phase of KARANJ Gas Injection Plant.Project duty including to increase oil recovery from the oilfield by increasing flow and pressure of the injected gas to 1000 MMSCFD and 3500 psig respectively by establishing the required gas compression / pipelines and revamping the existing facilities. The final scheme after final decision of conceptual study committee included only new injection station CS-800 by 1000 MMSCFD @230 bar injection duty to inject lean gas to 10 well heads, associated pipelines and modifications on both manifolds. As per final proposal both CS-500 and CS-600 existing injection stations cannot handle defined flow according to defined duty for the project and should be disregarded. On December 2016 the final tender document for EPC project has been delivered to the client. On March 2018 the closing process is started by submitting final invoice and requesting for financial clearance with the client.satisfaction letter was submitted by the client to the project along with evaluation form which shows satisfying level of doing the project by IRITEC.
