      - Servant and Program Development:  Provide nurturing care for staff and servants. Demonstrate leadership and set high standard of performance for staff and servants. Actively recruit servants, follow-up on service inquiries from all sources, and help servants to match their skills and interests to the best service area fit. Provide training opportunities for servants to understand and better serve our neighbors who come to New Path ministries for assistance. Supervise/delegate day-to-day servant activities in Tipp City Food Pantry, Gateway Café, Senior Commodity Boxes, off-site food pantry donations. Plan and host annual Servant Appreciation event. - Clerical Administration Submit Data Team Communications, Maintenance and Room Reservation requests. Use ACS, VCM and Planning Center as needed Process paperwork for food pantry and financial assistance for clients as needed. Daily/Weekly updates of website, Facebook and other social media Monthly write Newsletter and thank you notes for donations. - Coordinate, recruit servants, and provide support for annual events – 5K Run/Walk - Coordinate or delegate Senior Commodity Box program - Car and Dental Ministry Guide Life Skills graduates in completing their applications. Track mileage points for applicants and communicate with clients as needed. - Work with outside agencies (Experience Works, Job and Family Services, etc) to place workers at New Path sites. Determine where workers will fit into the New Path organization. Supervise/delegate oversight of and train agency workers. Provide job descriptions, reports, evaluations, and time sheets for agencies. - Meet regularly with other Program Coordinators & Executive Director for planning - Other duties as assigned by Executive Director or as needed.
