It was a joy to work under Sherry's direct supervision for almost seven years as an Instructor at Emergency Skills, Inc. Sherry was an exceptional leader, who was extremely joyful and personable, while also an authority figure who quickly won the trust of the large group of employees reporting to her. I greatly admire her steady calm presence in the midst of highly stressful circumstances, and her ability to gracefully manage employees with varied skills and personality types. I cannot recommend her more highly.

I have had the pleasure of working with Sherry Fusco for many years as our Project Manager with Emergency Skills, a company under contract for the provision of AED equipment and the training of Department of Education staff throughout the public schools in the City of New York. I have always known Sherry to be hard working and diligent. She is extremely knowledgeable in this area and excells in her position. She is always aware of what is going on in the schools. If there is an "incident" at a school involving either a student or staff member, Sherry is on top of it immedtately, getting details, having the site visisted, writing all necessary reports and having any required equipment replaced. Personally, she is an individual of high standards, a great work ethic and a team player. Its a pleasure to know her and work with her. We are fortunate to have her assigned to our office.

YA 200RYT I began my personal yoga practice as a way to find flexibility. As a long distance runner I always suffered from tight hamstrings. Not only did I grow more flexible, I became stronger and more fearless both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live my life in the present moment and more mindfully. I decided to train to be an instructor to share this feeling with the yogis who come to my classes for guidance. I like to call my class a Hatha Flow! This class is a hybrid of the vinyasa and hatha styles of yoga. Incorporating basic poses with creative sequencing and a more energetic pace, students are introduced to the dynamic movements of vinyasa classes, while sticking to the more basic poses offered in hatha classes. It is my hope to help my students step off the mat at the end of class having nurtured the body, mind and soul with yoga, feeling refreshed and balance. Show less
