In addition digital and mainframe process are being implemented to send email and texts to insureds to notify them a payment has been made or a new bill is available. • Team was comprised of approx. 15 -20 developers, 10 business representatives and 10+ testers which I met with weekly. Compose a weekly dashboard that outlines analysis, development, testing progress along with urgent risk and issues. Compose a monthly dashboard for the PMO office which outlines status and budget spend trends. ITS Program Manager – Drive Program Mar 2016 –Feb 2018 • Program Governance Lead – Managed 3 project leads on the program to ensure schedule/ budget were maintained. Produced weekly program status for management and monthly dashboard for PMO. Evaluated spend vs. budget each month with management to determine trends and adjustments needed to allocations across the projects. • Led project to add functionality to the recently implemented policy system. My team consisted of developers from the policy software vendor and COUNTRY employees, multiple business areas and GLO.
