Like myself and the women we serve, our organization is on a radical journey, too. • Since purchasing the organization in 2015, I’ve led our team in helping thousands of women reach their professional and personal goals through a growing portfolio of networking, professional and personal development, original research, awards programming and learning resources. • As we grew our roots deeper in Canada, I also expanded our mandate beyond borders through the launch of WXN-USA, using our momentum to make a greater impact in all communities where it’s needed. • We continually advance a more diverse, equitable and inclusive North America through the Diversity Council of North America, our Canadian Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Summit and Awards, and meaningful representation throughout our highly-coveted Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Awards.
