Membership Package Fulfilment Mondiale ensures that members receive their complete membership package, including an embossed (plastic) membership card as quickly as possible. Even within 15 minutes of joining if so desired. Database Access Mondiale encourages your Hotel management to have total access to the membership database and CRM system. This access includes full data extraction functionality. The database is yours (contractually) so we therefore facilitate your access and use of this as much as desired. Electronic Vouchers Mondiale has invested heavily in technology and is the only marketing company to offer electronic vouchers in our programmes (where desired). This saves enormously on time and cost in terms of package preparation. It also ensures that vouchers cannot be “lost or stolen” and that there is a 100% accurate record of what e-vouchers have been redeemed. Tracking of Membership Usage All components of the membership programme are tracked, from a global impact perspective across the entire hotel operation, right through to the individual member restaurant check on any given visit.
