Case Administration - Responsible for an eight digit case range which includes: checking to see if the attorney’s have filed the correct image according to the docket entry; giving any updates to hearings to the Courtroom Deputy assigned to the Judges; processing orders from the Attorney’s or Trustee’s office: either by sending them to the correct Judge or if appropriate, entering the order and docketing it; issuing discharge orders and closing a case if all information is correct; keeping track of orders/pleadings due from Attorneys and issuing deficiency orders if needed; performing a quality control(QC) of claims filed to be sure they reflect a true summary of the claim filed. Additional duties as Relief Courtroom Deputy include: Courtroom calendaring for Judge Krumm (updating the calendar and sometimes clerking in court for him). Any other duties that may be requested.
