As a part of the Community Engagement team, I am responsible for mostly three things: expand, monitor and maintain. I am working to expand Girl Up clubs in Southeast Asia through networking, socialising and engagement programs. New clubs are under my supervision, specifically for the first three months. However, our overall club's effectiveness is continuously under my watch, where I manage the sustainability of Girl Up Southeast Asia. • Feb 2021 - Jan 2023

As the co-founder and first president, my responsibilities were beyond just leading, but also sustaining our values, activities and movement. In 2 years, I successfully led the development and growth of 59 members of the club as a part of the first feminist community in the Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS). I also initiated the foundational function of a new community, such as the Memorandum of Association, community philosophy, principles and key responsibilities, priorities, and outputs for all seven departments (Secretary, Finance, Public Relations, Program & Event, Internal Development, Research & Advocacy and Creative & Design). For one term, I spearheaded approximately 30 fundraisings, volunteering, educational, and cooperation programs combined and supervised 20 partnerships. Currently, I still oversee the general growth and activities of Girl Up UNS as the Head of Advisor in the Board of Advisors I created, which is filled with chosen previous Core Team (Board of Directors) members of our club. Put under the Ceremony department, I was assigned to assist the Head and the Secretary General of APSF (ASEAN Para Sports Federation), especially in the welcoming and closing ceremonies of ASEAN Para Games 2022 in Solo. Placed alongside with the main event organiser committees, I was able to build an effective communication and strong relationship with them, which later made me a successful and reliable communicator and mediator between the local committees and APSF team. With my strong problem-solving skills, I was able to solve the problem of the unplanned arrival of the APSF team on rehearsal night and their strong complaints about our technicalities. Using my diplomatic skills, I provided a win-win solution for both parties. Show less

      • Sep 2021 - Dec 2021

As an intern, my main responsibility was to assist my team in implementing their agendas, which mostly includes writing reports, minutes and press releases for the national, regional and international meetings held by our department. My accomplishment in fulfilling my main duties has led me to be given an additional responsibility to represent our team in attending meetings held by other deputies, where I conveyed our position papers twice. The first time was in a Maritime Safety Indicators meeting held by the Assistant Deputy for Maritime Law and Treaties and the second time in Joint Task Force Indonesia-India meeting held by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Lastly, I was also given the opportunity to draft a declaration of solidarity for the Archipelago Island and States (AIS) Forum 2021. Overall, I succeeded in executing both my main and additional responsibilities. Show less
