After coming up with the concept of SANE, finding appropriate partners, and opening the location I worked on curriculum development, engaging the community, leading the business to grow new branches and developing the business with as many branches and roots as possible. Starting off as a small business in the Zamalek neighborhood in Cairo, SANE grew to pop-up in over 30 locations in Cairo, Gouna, and the North Coast. The company has grown to become a children's spaces design house, playground management company and became a leading provider in childcare services. Show less

Designed, implemented and evaluated a training course for teachers. The course was a three month intensive course on instructional strategies, learning styles, theories of development and classroom management. The teachers in the training were all part of the Asmarat Neighborhood (a government project of relocating slums) The trainings were done over the course of three months and upon completion the teachers received a certificate. The results were exemplary. It is still an ongoing project. Designed, implemented and evaluated a training course for teachers.
